-Description

This is one from the collection named after OMEGA's founder, Louis Blandt.

The first Louis Blandt was produced in 1984, and records show that a second series, including this watch, was produced in the 1990s.

This model, BA 175.0302/5341.30, is described in Omega documentation as Louis Blandt II DE LUXE.

It's a classic watch with a small 34 mm YG case and a perpetual calendar.

Perpetual calendar is one of the three major complications in mechanical watches.

It is a very useful mechanism that determines the number of days in each month and the leap year, and displays the actual calendar correctly "forever" as long as the watch continues to run, without the need for manual correction until the year 2100.

It is amazing that a complication is housed in this size.

The caseback is skeletonised.

The movement's fine finishing can also be seen.

The backs of the lugs are engraved with hallmarks indicating 18k gold.

The dial is a white dial with guilloché engraving.

It is not pure white due to its three-dimensional effect, but has a slightly creamy hue.

The date, day, moon phase and month calendar are laid out from the 12 o'clock position and are surrounded by Roman numerals.

The movement is a self-winding Cal. 1118, based on the ETA 2892.

Even though it is ETA-based, the rotor itself is made of 21K gold, rather than just the outer circumference of the rotor, which is an ultra-premium specification.

The fine finishing of the various parts of the watch, which can be seen through the skeletonised caseback, can be seen in the photos.

Additionally, the original warranty card  is also included.

Completely serviced by our watchmaker.
