The Datejust, Rolex's most famous automatic watch, was created in 1945. It is widely known as a watch that anyone can recognize at a glance from its distinctive appearance.
Reference 16234 is a vintage model that was introduced around 1988 and produced until 2005. It is a so-called 5-digit reference and is sometimes referred to as a neo-vintage watch. This watch was produced in 1988.
The combination design of the stainless steel and white gold bezel features a beautifully cut fluted bezel that creates a luxurious feel.
The 36mm case is neither too small nor too large, making it a perfect size for everyday use.
The dial is a sunray-finished silver dial set with diamonds. It is a distinctive dial with advanced aging called a patina dial. The overall color has changed to ivory.
The design of the diamond setting on the dial of the 16234 varies depending on the time of production. This watch is an old diamond type, which is fixed with four claws on a square base.
Since the diamond looks modest, it is recommended for those who want a diamond as an accent while keeping the emphasis low.
The installed movement is automatic Cal.3135. Approximately 30 years after its introduction, it continues to be regarded as one of the best movements in the watch industry.
It is a movement with a high degree of perfection in that it can maintain its accuracy permanently by performing regular maintenance, and it is easy to maintain.
The bracelet is a jubilee bracelet 62510H, which gives the impression of a bracelet for the Datejust in a dressy outfit.
It comes with the original boxes, booklet, leather card case, and a guarantee paper with the description of an authorized Japanese retailer. 1994 sales stamp is shown.

Due to Washington Convention, we cannot export Crocodile/Alligator/Lizard leather overseas.We will replace the strap with a similar strap made of calf leather as an alternative.
Or we will send the watch without strap if we don't have stocks of them.
